When do I pay, and when does monthly billing start?
Book online at servzion.com on monthly autopay and your initial fee is waived, so your first service is $0. Exterior Shield pay-per-quarter plans pay the initial fee at the first appointment. Billing begins 30 days after your first service, and you pay the same amount after that. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee. No fee for cash, check, or bank payments.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation penalties and no hard feelings.
What’s included in Desert Shield?
Every other month: an exterior perimeter barrier around your foundation and key exterior areas, full-property granules where appropriate, spiderweb removal, garage and entry-point treatment, interior treatment when needed, in-wall treatments at appropriate accessible locations, and an inspection for pest activity.
What if pests come back between visits?
Free re-services for covered pests between visits while your Monthly Shield or Desert Shield plan is active. Just call or text us. (Exterior Shield doesn’t include re-services between visits.)
How does the book-online offer work?
Build your plan and book it online at servzion.com on monthly autopay, and we waive the initial fee, so your first service is $0. Exterior Shield pay-per-quarter plans pay the initial fee. What about kids and pets?
All treatments are applied according to product labels, site conditions, and safety requirements by licensed applicators. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they’re dry, and follow any instructions your technician gives you.
What areas do you serve?
All of Washington County — including St. George, Washington, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, Ivins, Santa Clara, Leeds, Apple Valley, Hildale, Springdale, Virgin and Rockville — plus Cedar City.
Do you treat termites and rodents?
